Due to hygiene and safety reasons, intimate apparel products cannot be returned once worn, used, opened, or tried on.

Latex Product Policy
For latex-related products:
If the item has:
- manufacturing defects
- visible damage upon arrival
- product faults not caused by misuse
customers may request a replacement provided the product has not been intentionally damaged or improperly used.
Change of Mind
We currently do not offer refunds or returns for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection
- personal preference after delivery
- minor colour differences caused by lighting or screen settings
